Boy are we getting slammed with calls and website inquiries!

As a policy I do not take calls, text or emails while driving or with a client. Who would ever think I would have to have such a policy? Far too many people are doing this though. Please avoid doing business with individuals who do not care enough about you to not follow such a reasonable policy. The last thing I ever want to go through is what several of friends of mine have. To bury a loved one because a distracted driver had no clue there was a someone in front of them.

I make every effort to return calls as soon as I can. Because most understand and value my policy to not conduct business behind the wheel, they will go to this web site and communicate via email. This method fills my schedule fast.

If I receive an email request to simply call? It will still take several days to get back. Via email or text? Usually same day.

How soon can I see you? In most cases I am able to come out with in 36-72 hours. If by phone? It may take a week.

I do all my own work, this includes fielding all calls etc.

My 30 years experience assures you, even if it takes me a day or two longer before seeing you? The results will still be sooner than anyone else! Very few pest services offer warranties. Instead they require maintenance contracts. REALLY? Why? Most pest issues can be resolved with one or two visits with results lasting all season long. Why pay to have someone come every two to three months year round? Who has time for that?
